Welcome back to Jacob’s Fantasy Football Starts and Sits! 

I’ll start off with the players and teams I think you should start this week!

 

START

Colts QB Matt Ryan vs Titans

Why?

  • Tennessee is ranked 32nd in the league for passing yards allowed per game 

  • Ryan is coming off of a great game of 289 Passing Yards and 3 Passing Touchdowns last week

 

Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliot vs Lions

Why?

  • Detroit is ranked 32nd in the league for rushing yards allowed per game

  • Elliot is also coming off a great game last week rushing for 81 yards and a Touchdown with 6.2 yards per carry

 

Commanders RB Brian Robinson vs Packers

Why?

  • Green Bay is ranked 27th in the league for rushing yards allowed per game 

  • Brain Robinson has became the main RB1 and will get the biggest workload out of all the Washington RBs

  • Brian Robinson started off slow but gradually progressed throughout last week’s Thursday Night Game vs the Bears finishing with 60 yards and scoring the game winning Touchdown 

 

Patriots Defense vs Bears

Why?

  • New England is ranked 7th in the league for points allowed per game

  • Chicago is ranked 31st in the league for points scored per game 

  • Chicago is ranked 32nd in the league for passing yards per game

Lions QB Jared Goff vs Cowboys

Why?

  • Dallas is ranked 4th in the league for passing yards allowed per game

  • Dallas is ranked 3rd in the league for points allowed per game

 

 

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence vs Giants

Why?

  • New York is ranked 8th in the league for passing yards allowed per game

  • New York is ranked 8th in the league for points allowed per game

 

Texans RB Dameon Pierce vs Raiders

Why?

  • Las Vegas is ranked 5th in the league for rushing yards allowed per game

  • Las Vegas is ranked 24th in the league for passing yards allowed per game meaning the Texans will be trying to take advantage of this, limiting Pierce’s involvement in the offense this week

 

Tennessee Titans Defense vs Indianapolis Colts Offense 

Why?

  • Tennessee is ranked 32nd in the league for passing yards allowed per game 

  • Indianapolis is ranked 5th in the league for passing yards per game
