Meet Valeria, member of the Good Counsel Theater Company, Choir, Speech and Debate Team, Latino Students Association, and co-president of the Student Government Association. She is a Libra who would like to study broadcast journalism at University of Michigan in the fall. Here’s our senior spotlight interview with her!

What’s your advice for freshmen?  

“Don’t expect too much of yourself and have fun.” 

What’s your favorite class or teacher? 

“That’s such a hard question. I’d have to say Dr. Devinne and Latin class.” 

What’s your favorite GC lunch food? 

General Tso’s Chicken 

What’s your favorite trend from the last 4 years? 

“VSCO girls hold a special place in my heart.” 

What’s one thing you wish you could change or have done differently? 

“Probably have stayed more organized, not been scared to do things and take risks, and expose myself to different possibilities.”
