The Tale of Peter Griffin
An Original Ghost Story
It was a dark and scary night in Quahog. Peter Griffin was walking down a dark and dirty alleyway. When he passed by, a woman screamed. Peter Griffin got a message that he was in grave danger, and out of fear, he ran away. Then, suddenly, she yelled again. At that moment, Peter woke up after falling out of his bed. “What just happened? Why did I wake up so suddenly? What has happened to me?” Peter wanted to look around, but then suddenly there was a ghost and Peter was frightened. It was all over. A few minutes after he had fallen out of bed, it was over, his eyes were wide open, and his head was pounding. There was no way Peter could sleep. When his consciousness came back, she was gone. Her body was a ghost. She was just a woman. One of many, all of them were ghosts, but Peter suddenly realized that he no longer had a body. That is when he woke up. Without a head or a face, a torso, nothing. “I’m a ghost!” Peter Griffin screamed out. Then he died sadly, “It is over! It’s all gone! All is gone! All the fear and anger within me have disappeared. I’m a peaceful spirit now, and now I will see my wife.” She was wearing pink pajamas, a pink top, pink bottom. Peter’s mind raced as he desperately tried to remember what he saw. “Was I hallucinating?” Peter said quietly. He banged on the door fast and hard, and soon after, he woke up in his bed with his wife, safe and sound. He was so happy it was all a dream.
Or was it?
