Welcome back to the Talon’s weekly fantasy picks. Week 3 saw surprise underdog performance, domination from old and new stars, and a big performance from defenses such as the Bears and Packers. Keep reading to find out who’s going to dominate or surprise us in week 4.

Waiver Wire QuarterBack: Jacoby Brisset (19.3% Rostered)
When Andrew Luck retired, the Colts seemed to be heading for a bad season. Jacoby Brisset has surprisingly filled the void Luck left. With the experience he got under Tom Brady on the Patriots, Brisset has been able to lead the Colt’s offense to a much better start than expected. Brisset Performed Especially well against eye falcons on Sunday, and could easily repeat his performance in week 4 against the Raiders. Pick him up if your team is in need of a quarterback.
Waiver Wire Running Back: Rex Burkhead (22.2% Rostered)
Rex Burkhead was a central part to the Patriot’s offense on Sunday against the Jets. With James White on the sideline, he got many touches and constantly made plays off of them. As long as James White isn’t fully healthy, Burkhead will be making plays and racking up fantasy points.
Waiver Wire Receiver: Taylor Gabriel (3.0% Rostered)
Taylor Gabriel is becoming one of Trubisky’s favorite targets. He had 6 receptions, 75 yards, and 3 touchdowns on Monday in a monster game. He could quickly become the number 2 receiver in this Bear’s offense. Pick him up and look for good matchups in weeks to come, such as the Raiders and Lions.
Waiver Wire defense: Giants’ Defense (0.7% Rostered)
The Giants somehow pulled off an eighteen point comeback against the Buccaneers on Sunday. This win could be a turning point in the Giants’ season. The Giants face the Redskins in week 4, which is going to be a good opportunity for the Giants to continue their streak of luck. The Redskins put up a pitiful performance against the Bears on Sunday, so don’t expect any better in week 4. Start the Giants’ defense against the Redskins.

Must Starts
Phillip Rivers: Phillip Rivers and the 1-2 Chargers have not had the best season so far, although Rivers has put up pretty consistent fantasy numbers. However, In week 4, Rivers will have a big game. Against the terrible Dolphins defense, Rivers will have the opportunity to throw the ball around. Expect a big game from Rivers.
Marlon Mack: Marlon Mack isn’t a household name quite yet. Still, he has been a great fantasy asset in recent years. Against the Raiders’ Defense, he is going to have a huge game. Start Mack.
Mike Williams: As the Chargers’ number 2 receiver, williams hasn’t seen a lot of action yet this season. Against the Dolphins, he will. Start him.
Sterling Shepard: Shepard has been a valuable fantasy asset in the past couple of years. Shepard always makes plays when he gets the chance. Against the Redskins, he will get the chance.
Will Dissly: Dissly has been red hot this season, but he is still not at the top of the projections. Against the Cardinals, who lets tight ends get plenty of yards, Dissly will have a giant game.

Sit these players
Carson Wentz: Wentz is a popular fantasy quarterback. He usually puts up good numbers. But, this week, the Eagles face the red hot Packers. The Packers sacked Joe Flacco 6 times on Sunday. They are going to get to Wentz too.
Dalvin Cook: Hear me out; I know Dalvin Cook has been a monster so far this season. But, the Bears’ defense looked like their former selves on Monday night. It could go either way, but I think the Bears’ defense wins in the trenches.
Christian Mccaffrey: Mccaffrey is a great fantasy player, with the ability to run and catch. But, the Panthers’ situation this week is bleak. A game against the Texans with an unhealthy Cam Newton isn’t Ideal. This turn of events could limit Mccaffrey’s fantasy output.

Matchup of the Week: Ravens versus Browns
The ravens come off a close loss to the Chiefs while the Browns were shut down in the last minutes against the Rams. An argument could be made either way about how good the Browns are, but the Ravens have consistently amazing run game and solid defense. Play Ravens Players and Sit Browns players.

Sleeper Pick: Tyler Eifert
Eifert has fallen off the fantasy radar recently as the Bengals’ offense has struggled. This week I think Eifert bounces back and has a huge game from your bench or waiver wire. The Steelers’ defense is really struggling, so Eifert has the opportunity to make plays in his week 4 matchup. The Steelers are also known to give up big plays to big tight ends such as Eifert. Look for Eifert to have a surprise big game.
