Ridge, as well as at National Catholics, the WCAC championships, WMPSSDL championships, and Metros. Talk about an undefeated season! She currently has the record for the highest diving score for Good Counsel of all time. Adding to her accolades, she was a 2020 All-American as U.S. diving champion and ranked first in the country.

Haley first became interested in diving at her summer league. When she wanted to get more serious about the sport and continue through the winter, she started classes at Germanton. The coach there recommended she try out for a club team, and the rest is history. Haley currently trains five to six times per week in Alexandria, VA. Her

favorite parts of the sport are “all the friends and close bonds” she has made throughout the process. When asked what advice she would give to other divers, she suggests to “make the most out of each practice and cherish the time you get to spend with your teammates.”

Next year, she plans to add to her diving accomplishments at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, which has been her dream school since fifth grade.

Congratulations to Haley on a fabulous last season as a Falcon, and good luck at UNC!
