The Good Counsel community is comprised of many things, whether that be the arts, service, academics, or social events. However, sports is something that we all come together for. Throughout the country, sports brings everyone together to share the great victories of their favorite team or the solemn losses of a team well cheered for.

Good Counsel boasts one of the area’s proudest sports organizations and the fans are wild! The energy during the “I believe” cheer and the pride felt for every point scored is extraordinary. The Falcon athletes put in a great deal of work to be outstanding in and out of the plays. Our community is one of the strongest in the WCAC and The Talon Sports Report is here to highlight every aspect of that. This is Good Counsel sports, these are OUR teams, this is OUR family.

The Talon Sports section is the place to find information on all the different sports represented here at GC and around the world. The Sports section will focus on a variety of sports, a Player of the Week, video highlights, articles about all of the major games and so much more. We will also showcase articles about the WCAC, NHL and the Stanley Cup, NBA, NFL, MLB, UEFA, ice skating, equestrianism, and more. The Talon will keep you up to date with reports on the latest scores and achievements, almost as soon as they happen.  We will offer in-depth coverage of at least one game of every sport in every season.
